Her debut play, “The Prince,” won Best New Play and Best Lead Actor (Thorn) at the Broadway World Awards and an Off West End Award.
Based in Los Angeles, Vee is a director and cinematographer originally from Kazakhstan. She started her career as an assistant director for movies including Eric England’s “Get the Girl” and has directed “Gimme Mo,” an Emmy-nominated TV show for Discovery Life starring “High School Musical’s” Monique Coleman, as well as two seasons of famed photographer Elia Locardi’s travel show “Moments in Time.”
